Ship it to us with tracking. Shipping is paid by you, with any carrier. Add your tracking number to your ticket.
Approve the quote, then pay. No work before you approve. Pay by cash, Zelle, Cash App or card after you approve, before we ship it back.

Don't like the quote? We send it back and charge nothing for the unit — not even the $40 diagnosis. You only cover shipping.

We text you photos and a short video when your unit arrives and again before it ships back.

Mail-in: shipping is paid by you, the customer. Ship it to us with any carrier and add insurance with the carrier (recommended). Return shipping is quoted with your repair. Once it's here, it's fully insured while in our care. HDMI repairs get a one-day turnaround once your unit is on our bench; shipping time is on top of that.
