Pack it like this

  1. Power it off. Remove SIM, SD, cases, and pop sockets.
  2. Do not ship a swollen battery. Those are local drop only.
  3. Use a rigid cardboard box. Not a padded envelope.
  4. Wrap the device so it cannot flex or rattle. Tape the box shut.
  5. Print the prepaid label we text you. Stick it on the outside. Drop at USPS.
