Power it off
Turn it off right away. If it’s still on, current through the wet film can short a power rail or burn a chip. Pull the case, SIM and SD card if you can do it without forcing anything.
Palmdale water damage repair
Wet iPhone or Samsung? Dropped in the pool, the toilet or a drink? We open it, clean it and check the board under the microscope — on the bench in Palmdale, serving the whole Antelope Valley. Written estimate before any heat. No fix, no charge.

Do not plug it in, even to “check if it works.” A wet connector plus voltage is how charge-port pins and charging chips get cooked.
Rice does not clean the board and wastes the time you have before corrosion sets in. Apple’s own wet-iPhone guidance says rice particles can damage the phone.
No hair dryer, no oven, and no compressed air into the ports. Leave the drying and cleaning to the bench.
The water dries, the minerals stay. Corrosion keeps eating the board for days or weeks — that’s why a “working” wet phone often dies a week later.
Liquid is a clock: the first hours are the best window to open and clean the board. Walk in, or text the model and what happened to (661) 770-1589.
Honest odds first: we tell you if the board is savable before you pay for the repair. No fix, no charge: if your device can’t be recovered, you pay nothing — no diagnosis fee, no repair charge.
Walk in during business hours, or mail it in with a prepaid label. Tell us what was spilled and when — salt and chlorine are nastier than clean water.
We open it and look at the board under the microscope. Photos first, so you see what we see.
Thermal camera to find shorts, multimeter on the rails. Board-level, not guesswork.
You get a written estimate before any heat or work. Phone liquid treatment is $99; dead ICs extra. Honest odds on whether the board is savable before you pay for the repair.

Eugene has been repairing phones, liquid damage, consoles and boards for 10 years. The person you talk to is the person fixing it.
We go past “dry it and hope” — corrosion, shorts, connectors and dead ICs found and repaired under the microscope.
We tell you if the board is savable before you pay for the repair. A liquid clean is not a promise every board lives, and we won’t pretend it is.
No heat until you say yes. Extra labor needs a second yes. Rice in a bag is never a completed repair here.

No. Power it off, don’t charge it, and get it to us. Apple’s own wet-iPhone guidance says rice particles can damage the phone, and rice does not stop corrosion inside.

We can’t promise that, and we won’t. Your data lives on the phone’s board, so if we get the board working again, it’s normally still there. But some spills have already killed a chip or a power rail before the phone reaches us, and we don’t promise data recovery. If your phone backs up to iCloud or Google, check there too.
Often, yes. Corrosion can keep working under chips for days or weeks — intermittent boot and no-charge show up later. Cleaning early is the best window.
